Basic description (Technical part)
We present to you the highly reliable sprocket Z-7 (7 teeth), which is the most important element of the feeder drive of the ZM-30 grain loader. This part, also known under the catalog number ZS 1041, is manufactured in strict accordance with GOST 1412-85 and TU U according to GOST, which guarantees its full factory compatibility with the components of the mechanism.

Constructive features:
The Z-7 star on the ZM-30 grain loader is a high-quality cast iron with an elongated hub, which provides additional rigidity at high loads. Teeth (Z-7) with a chain pitch of t-38 mm are cut on the rim of the part. The landing hole in the hub has a diameter of 25 mm (D-25) and is equipped with a keyway, as well as an additional hole for axial fixation (stopping) of the sprocket on the shaft.

Application and compatibility:
This sprocket is attached to the output shaft ZP 02.616 of the ZP 02.106 gearbox housing. The reducer, in turn, is included in the ZP 02.300 cover assembly and is installed in the lower part of the ZP 02.000 loading conveyor of the ZM-30 grain thrower/grain loader produced by the Mochalin Agro Nut Plant.
