Product description:

The Z-7 sprocket (7 teeth) for the t-38.0 mm chain with a seating diameter of ⌀25 mm is a reliable part for repairing the feeder gearbox of the ZM-90 grain thrower. It is a direct analogue of the original spare part with the catalog number ZS 1041 and is manufactured in accordance with GOST 1412-85 and technical specifications valid on the territory of Ukraine.

This is a ready-to-install cast iron casting made of gray cast iron, brand СЧ-20, with an elongated hub. The working part (crown) has 7 teeth with a pitch of t-38 mm for reliable engagement with the feeder chain. The hub has a bored ⌀25 mm landing hole with a keyway, as well as a hole for a locking screw. This guarantees reliable fixation of the sprocket on the shaft and prevents it from turning during operation.

The part is mounted on the ZP 02.616 output shaft in assembly with the ZP 02.106 gearbox housing. This unit is included in the cover with ZP 02.300 gearboxes and is installed in the lower part of the conveyor of the loading ZP 02.000 grain thrower/grain loader ZM-90 (manufactured by the Orihiv plant, trademark Mochalin Agro). The main function is the transmission of rotary motion to the ZP 02.090 feeder chain.
