The Z-7 sprocket (7 teeth) for the t-38.0 mm chain with a ⌀25 mm fit is a reliable spare part for the repair of the ZM-90 feeder feeder gearbox. This part is an analogue of the original spare part with the catalog number ZS 1041 and is manufactured strictly in accordance with GOST 1412-85 and TU valid on the territory of Ukraine.

This sprocket is a ready-to-install cast iron casting made of gray cast iron СЧ-20 with an elongated hub. The working part (crown) has 7 teeth with a pitch of t-38 mm for reliable engagement of the feeder chain. The hub has a ⌀25 mm bored seating hole with a keyway, as well as a hole for a locking screw, which guarantees reliable fixation on the shaft and excludes turning during operation.

The part is mounted on the ZP 02.616 output shaft together with the ZP 02.106 gearbox housing. This unit is a part of the cover with ZP 02.300 reducers and is installed in the lower part of the loading ZP 02.000 conveyor of the grain thrower/grain loader ZM-90 (manufactured by Orehovskogo Zavod, trade mark Mochalin Agro). The main function is the transfer of torque to the chain of the ZP 02.090.
