What is it and why is it needed?
The TSN-160B horizontal scraper manure removal conveyor is a set of working parts for restoring or replacing worn parts of the horizontal conveyor (manure removal system). This is the "heart" of your farm, which moves through the manure channels. When equipment breaks down, the process stops - this is the main pain point of any farm. Our kit allows you to quickly return the equipment to work without long downtimes!

Depending on the configuration, the kit may include:

Scraper chain (anchor / round link): Made of calibrated, heat-treated bar. Steel grade: 23G2A (tensile strength up to 24 t). Link size: 14x80 mm, hardness 30 HRC (8th strength class). The main working body is 160 meters long.

Metal scrapers: Angle steel profile 50×50 mm. They are attached or welded to the chain links.

Brackets and fasteners: Structural steel elements (St3 grade), bolts, nuts, washers with a protective anti-corrosion coating.

Design features (modifications)
The horizontal TSN-160B scraper manure removal conveyor can have two types of feed (scrapers attachment):

Floating Fixation: The scraper attaches to the bracket with a single bolt via a spacer sleeve (provides flexibility).

Rigid fixation: The scraper is screwed directly to the bracket with one bolt (maximum reliability).
