Product description:
Transporter TSN-160A | The inclined chain L-13.6m is a reliable repair kit for restoring the performance of the unloading mechanism of your equipment. This node is the "heart" of the manure removal system, and its wear directly affects the productivity of the entire complex.

Part type: Transporter TSN-160A | The inclined chain L-13.6m is an assembly unit for the repair of an inclined (discharge) conveyor of the scraper type TSN-160A. This part is the main moving body responsible for mass transportation.

The scraper chain (anchor/round link) is the main working organ at the unloading area (length 13.6 m).

Metal scrapers (welded or prepared for fastening).

Fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers) depending on the selected modification.

Delivery options:

Complete repair kit with fasteners.

An example of the composition: a chain of 13.6 m, scrapers and fasteners (bolts/nuts), intended for the completion of unloading conveyors of the type TSN.160A.

Constructive features:
Transporter TSN-160A | The inclined chain L-13.6 m is a round-link chain with welded brackets to which scrapers are fixed with metal products. These are sub-units of the TSN-160A conveyor, in which the scrapers have a floating fixation (the scrapers are screwed to the bracket with two bolts through a spacer sleeve), which ensures reliability and ease of maintenance.

Material and standards:
The chain in the TSN-160A conveyors is made of hardened calibrated rod with a size of 14*80 mm. 23G2A steel is used, which provides a hardness of 30 HRC and corresponds to the 8th strength class. The breaking load is 24 tons. The product is manufactured according to GOST and TU U according to GOST, which guarantees full compliance with factory specifications.

✅ Why is this a profitable investment in your household?
A failure of the inclined conveyor is a stoppage of the entire cleaning cycle. By buying a quality chain, you minimize downtime and eliminate daily manual labor. These are not expenses, but investments in the uninterrupted operation of the farm.
