WEIGHT DISPENSER OF SCREW TYPE - DOSING INTO BAGS, CARDBOARD BOXES

The device is designed for semi-automatic weighing of frozen fruits and vegetables and filling in bags and cardboard boxes.
Supplying the product to the intermediate weighing hopper using a screw conveyor.
Weighted product: frozen fruits and vegetables such as strawberries, cherries, currants, blueberries, raspberry crumble and vegetable cubes. The product is supplied by a closed screw conveyor.
The device is especially recommended for small products such as raspberry groats, pellets/balls and fruit and vegetable cubes (high precision and hygiene).

The specially formed discharge chute of the screw conveyor provides rough and accurate weighing.
Intermediate weighing hopper with a pneumatically controlled closing tilt system.
Manual placement of packages under the unloading hopper.
Simple communication through the touch control panel, real-time visualization and control of the device (type of packaging, setting of weighing parameters,weight reading in real-time, etc.).

Intelligent control software that allows cooperation with external devices (bag installation robot, bag removal conveyors, bag sewing machine)
