Our TSN-2B rotary tensioning device is a ready-made solution for maintaining perfect chain tension and smooth operation of your manure removal system.

Purpose and reliability of the design:
The device is intended for accurate adjustment and maintenance of constant working tension of the TSN-2B horizontal scraper conveyor chain. It effectively prevents the chain from winding on the drive sprocket and ensures its smooth rotation on the free chain. The design includes a strong lever, a reliable stand and a rotating roller (roller). Key elements are made of high-quality sheet and stamped steel, which guarantees resistance to wear, corrosion and significant loads. The roller is made using bearings that ensure easy rotation.
