Description
It consists of high-quality bitumen, organic solvents, mineral filler, finely dispersed rubber crumb, plasticizer, synthetic rubber, special polymericadditives, as a result of which it has high elasticity, frost resistance, heat resistance, adhesion, as well as good adhesive, waterproofing properties and strong adhesion to metal and concrete. Scope of application
Rubber-bituminous mastic MRB - 55 Ecobit intended for:

for anti-corrosion protection;
for waterproofing metal, concrete, wooden and other construction structures, including pipelines;
for the installation and repair of a flat roof, as well as the sealing of seams and cracks during roofing works;

Before using MBR resin-bituminous mastic, it is necessary to mix it well and only then apply it to the base with a brush, spatula or in bulk. If necessary, the mastic can be diluted with a solvent (nefras), white spirit,kerosene or similar solvents.

Before applying mastic, the base must be prepared: clean, durable, dry, without frost and ice. The temperature of the air and the treated surface during the work should be from - 10 to + 40°C, the relative humidity of the air - no more than 80%. At an air temperature below 0°C, the mastic should be heated to a temperature of + 30°C - + 60°C.

Consumption
When applying a layer of mastic with a thickness of no more than 1.0 mm, the consumption is 1.0 - 1.5 kg/m2, depending on the surface of the base. For better waterproofing, it is recommended to apply 2 - 3 layers. Each subsequent layer is applied only after the previous one has dried. The drying time of each layer takes from 3 to 24 hours, depending on the air humidity and at an ambient temperature of 20°C.

Security measures
Mastic contains organic solvents, so smoking and open flames are prohibited when working with it;
Do not allow rubber bituminous mastic to come into contact with open areas of the skin, as well as in the mouth and eyes.
When carrying out work, it is recommended to use gloves and protective glasses.
