Is it possible to deceive a polygraph
Only trained employees of the special services, mentally ill people and sociopaths, pathological liars, professional actors and, probably, some psychologists and psychotherapists are capable of deceiving the polygraph. It is almost impossible for an ordinary untrained person to deceive a lie detector. However, there are several methods for him that will help reduce nervous sensitivity. They include:

Alcohol taken the day before.
Special medical preparations.
Lack of sleep for at least 2 days.(//tractor-service.com)
Suppression of emotions, which not everyone is capable of.
However, if a person has nothing to hide, it is not recommended to resort to such measures, because in the event of exposure, doubts will arise about the testee's honesty.
