Wood fuel briquettes (Eurowood) are an economical and environmentally friendly type of fuel. Fuel briquettes made of wood are characterized by the highest calorific value, the lowest formation of ash during combustion, and the least release of solid substances during combustion. 
Eurowood is produced on special presses, compressing sawdust and dust under enormous pressure and at high temperature. In the process of compression, lignin is released from the wood (a substance that "naturally" already exists in plant cells and gives them strength and hardness). Briquettes are glued together due to lignin. No additional additives and binders are used during production. After briquetting, Eurofirewood is cooled and packed.
Pressed sawdust briquettes are used for solid fuel boilers, fireplaces and stoves.
