Thermal oil boiler with automatic fuel supply. The internal heat exchanger of the boiler is made of metal with a thickness of 12 mm, the parts of the boiler are cut along the length of the metal sheet and bent, and the seams are made in easily accessible places. On the edges of the parts to be welded, edges are made and the weld is made for the entire thickness of the metal, namely 12 mm. (thismakes the boiler repairable). An innovative method of feeding the thermal medium directly to the furnace is used. This prevents overheating and deformation of the boiler, increases the service life of the boiler and the thermal medium. The efficiency of the boiler is significantly increased due to the elongated labyrinth of smoke channels. It is possible to additionally manufacture a recuperation heat exchanger to further increase the efficiency of the boiler. (Calculated separately).
