Cultivator KPN-5.6 (Cultivator Inter-row Hinged) on a solid frame. The eight-row cultivator is designed for inter-row cultivation, destruction of the soil crust and elimination of weeds in wide-row crops of corn and sunflower.
The possibility of adjusting the row spacing from 45 cm to 75 cm, which is carried out by convenient movement of the racks without bolted connections.
The cultivator has a frame with a clearance of 70 cm, which ensures high productivity even on tall crops. The interval of inter-row processing can be easily adjusted by moving the block of the working section along the frame.
The section with five 150 mm wide arrow feet is used for early spring loosening of young crops with 100% overlap of the inter-row space.
The working sections are attached to the frame using a parallelogram, thanks to which the unit perfectly copies the topography of the field and precisely observes the set working depth.
The parallelogram on the working section is mounted on silent blocks, they set the auxiliary pressure force on the section during work and ensure the preservation of the specified depth even in extremely difficult working conditions of the cultivator.
Salent blocks installed on a section do not require additional maintenance and lubrication, in contrast to ordinary socket and bearing connections.
The working depth of each section is set using a manual screw mechanism. The working depth can be set from +2 to -9 cm.

In addition, on each section, the back rack with a foot is also adjustable in depth from -2 to +4 cm, (this is especially important for the sections that are behind
wheels tractor and must work with more compacted soil)
It is also possible to add additional equipment to the sections, namely protective boards or shields to protect the crop during the first cultivations, rear hoods for leveling the space between the rows and closing moisture after passing through the section of the cultivator.
Or
a leveling roller for breaking the clods between the rows.
The cultivator can be equipped with equipment for applying liquid fertilizers during the cultivation process.
Advantages of using a cultivator
Efficiency: performs several operations in one pass, which reduces time and costs.
Cultivation quality: provides optimal soil preparation for uniform seed germination.
Versatility: suitable for different types of soil and conditions.
Durability: racks made of boron steel withstand high loads without damage.
Cultivator is an ideal solution for farmers who want to use time and resources for soil preparation as efficiently as possible.
