STvega car DSC H300 is intended for abrasive cleaning of root vegetables from the skin. The machine is able to quickly and efficiently clean such products aspotatoes, beets with minimal losses. The model is equipped with an abrasive disk, as well as an abrasive tape on the inner wall of the drum to improve root crop cleaning.

Principle of operation
A mound of product is poured into the drum from above, adisk with an abrasive (corundum) coating is located below, an abrasive tape is placed on the inner wall of the drum. The principle of action is based on the rotation of the abrasive disc in the lower plane, thus moving and cleaning thepotato from the skin on the rough surface of the disc and the wall of the working chamber. During cleaning, water is supplied from above, washing the product from the husk. After cleaning, the product falls out through a special hole at the bottom of the drum. The operator visually determines the time required for complete cleaning depending on the type, size and shape of the root crop.
