Machine with V-shaped conveyor STvega Cutter Vslice L150 is designed for shredding and slicing vegetables and fruits. Good for such products as leafy salads, cabbage, celery, leeks, spinach, Chinese cabbage,parsley - they are cut according to the principle of cross-section (shredding). Cucumbers, zucchini,eggplants and other whole products are cut with washers (slices). It is possible to purchase a separate knife for slicing the product with a checker.

Working principle:
The product intended for slicing is placed in the receiving compartment. There it enters a V-shaped conveyor belt. Due to the presence of a V-shaped conveyor, the product is positioned strictly in the center and does not shift to the sides. The conveyor moves the product to the cutting area, where it passes through a rotatingknife disk with cutting knives and is cut according to the specified parameters. Minimum slice thickness from 1 mm. Next, the sliced product enters the container for finished products.
