Poltava golden millet variety of bronze.
The plants are 60.0-74.4 cm tall. The bush is upright, the stem is of medium thickness, quite strong, well leafy. The leaves are dark green, elongated lanceolate, pubescence is weak. The panicle is spreading, loose, of medium length (19.0-20.2 cm), pads are present only on the lower side branches (twigs).

The grain is round, bronze colored, glossy, large. Weight of 1000 grains 7.3-7.7 g. Film thickness 10-15%. Porridge is bright yellow. Technological and culinary qualities are good. Poltava Golden is recognized by the State Commission as a variety for use in the food industry. Early ripening, matures in 48-50 days.
Grain yield 81%. Resistant to lodging 8 points, to shedding 8 points, to drought 8.7 points, milking ability - 9 points, protein content 11.2-13.5%, suitable for mechanized harvesting, can be harvested by direct combining, which makes it possible to obtain green mass and hay.
It is necessary to sow in well-warmed soil at the end of May - at the beginning of June. Suitable for growing a second crop per year, as a post-harvest and post-harvest crop.
Resistant to the damage of soot, melanosis and millet mosquito. The yield in variety testing is from 45 to 66 t/ha.
