Bubble tub for delicate washing of products STvega BW H2400, Kyiv

The bubble bath STvega BW H2400 is designed for delicate washing of berries, vegetables and fruits in a water bath without damage products with a productivity of 1 - 1.5 t/h (depending on the product). Nozzles for washing the product at the exit from the machine are installed separately above the conveyor belt.

The tub can be used to wash and cool various seafood, fruits and vegetables after heat treatment, such as blanching. The equipment is characterized by high reliability and durability.

Working principle:
The bath is filled with water, the product is served. After turning on theair supply pump, the washing process takes place. The time and washing mode required for cleaning depends on the operator. With the help of a frequency converter, the operator adjusts and sets the required speed of the conveyor belt, as well as controls the water level in the bath. After cleaning the product, the conveyor belt moves and lifts the product in the direction of unloading to the next stages of processing. Before unloading, on the way up, the product undergoes additional washing with the help of nozzles located above the conveyor. Draining, adding or replacing water in the bath is carried out as necessary, it depends on the degree and nature of contamination, as well as the type of product being processed.

A conveyor is used to unload the product, the conveyor belt of which can be made of such materials as: ABS plastic, stainless steel or specialrubber. It is also possible to make a transport ridge of different heights on the belt, depending on the type and size of the processed product. All materials used are reliable in use, meet hygienic standards and have a long service life.
