The STvega 2Mix H150 mixer is designed for mixing multicomponent products. The mixer is capable of mixing viscous products such as rice, meat, minced meat, as well as vegetable products, cold cuts,salads etc., to a uniform consistency.

Working principle:
According to technological requirements and approved formulations, various components are loaded into the hopper for mixing. The mixing mechanism is started using the "start" button. The operating time of the mechanism is controlled by the operator, the "start"/"stop" function can also be used. Screws can rotate in reverse mode. After the mixing process is completed, the finished product is unloaded into the prepared container. Depending on the model of the mixer, mechanical or hydraulic unloading of the product is possible.

• The use of two augers with paddles on each auger, which have a minimum gap with the walls of the hopper, reduces damage to the product and speeds up the mixing process.
