The principle of operation of the line:
Feed of raw materials: Raw materials in the form of bales are fed to the conveyor, which feeds them to the shredders. Inshredders straw or other biomass is crushed into small fractions.

Granulation: The crushed raw material is transported to the press-granulator, where the material is pressed through the matrix. This allows you to get pellets of the required diameter (from 4 to 12 mm).

Cooling and transportation: After granulation, the hot pellets are transported to the cooling column, where their temperature is reduced to 20-25°C. After that, the granules are ready for packaging.

Filtration: The aspiration system collects dust and non-granular particles, returning them back to the production process.
