How it works
The principle of joining the tape consists in providing the calculated force of compression of the tape web with screws at the joint with the help of pressure washers installed in a certain order.
Selection of connection schemes
Connection schemes in 2 rows, 5 rows, 7 rows allow connecting conveyor belts with a thickness of 8 mm to 21 mm with different breaking forces.
The number of RSHM connectors for joining a tape with a width of 1000 mm:
2 rows = 42 pcs. (tape strength up to 800 N/mm)
5 rows = 120 pcs. (tape strength up to 1000 N/mm)
7 rows = 158 pcs. (tape strength up to 1600 N/mm)
Thanks to the profiled washers with a low profile, the connecting elements of the RSHM are embedded in the tape cover and do not damage the cleaners, rollers and lining of the drums.
