Connectors K 27, K 28 are supplied without rods or in sets with a connecting rod K20 for the width of the conveyor belt 1000 mm, 1200 mm, 1400, 1600 mm. They are pressed into the ends of the joined tapes with the help of a special SKL-20 lever device, after which both parts of the joint are connected according to the "zipper lock" principle, i.e. the staples of one end of the tape are placed between the staples of the other, and the K20 connecting rod is inserted into the loops.
Please note that the length of the K20 connecting rod with welded ends is always less than the width of the connecting tape.

We supply connecting cable K20 both for the width of the conveyor belt and in multiples of 1 meter - 10 m.p. each. or 20 m.p.
engineering We do not recommend replacing K20 connecting rods with ordinary cables of a suitable diameter, because they may not have the same structure, strength, flexibility as special ropes - K20 rods. The use of ordinary cables can lead to premature destruction of the joint.
