The STvega Dry System F60 drying cabinet is designed for drying meat, chicken, fish,vegetables, fruits, berries,mushrooms, herbs, tea, lozenge, production of dried chips, dry rations and long-term storage products. Heating takes place with accelerated air exchange inside the drying cabinet. Uniform blowing of warm air along the trays with products contributes to fast and uniform drying.

The drying cabinet with hot air circulation is equipped with a low-noise and high-temperature axial fan and an automatic temperature control system.

Principle of operation:
The product is placed by the operator on pallets, which in turn are installed in racks for drying. The racks with the product are sent to the drying cabinet. The drying process takes place due to the uniform distribution of air heated to the required temperature inside the drying chamber. Air circulation is provided by a heat-resistant fan. After the drying process is completed, the racks with the product are rolled out of the drying cabinet, the dried product enters a pre-prepared container or the next stage of the technological process.

• The fan ensures the circulation of heated air inside the drying chamber, so the air flow evenly dries all the trays with the product over their entire area.
