Series
RUF 75-90 is ideal for briquetting large quantities of metal shavings (e.g. aluminum, steel, brass, titanium, etc.) that are produced as waste from the metalworking industry as a result of metal machining. The value of metal shavings can be significantly increased by briquetting into high-quality briquettes. In addition, coolants can be recovered and then reused. If the briquettes are remelted, the melting losses are much lower and, therefore, the melting yield is higher than in the case of loose chips. Based on many years of experience, we can flexibly respond to customer requests and offer individual solutions.
MAIN ADVANTAGES
- For a large amount of metal shavings;
- Short amortization period;
- Recovery of coolant;
- Low melting losses and, therefore, higher melting yield;
- Increase in income from briquettes compared to loose shavings;
- Easily integrated into existing production facilities;
- Long service life and low maintenance costs.
