Function:
This set of metal caps allows you to correctly install end shaft seals on various air conditioner compressors. Various cap sizes ensure compatibility with a wide range of compressors, making the installation process simpler and more efficient.

Why are they needed and for what?
End shaft seals play an important role in the operation of air conditioner compressors, preventing the leakage of oil and gases. Correct installation of the packing glands with our cap kit ensures a reliable seal and prevents possible breakages and leaks, extending the life of the compressor.

Installing the oil seal without a special cap can lead to its cuts and damage during the installation process. This, in turn, can cause compressor oil and refrigerant to leak from the air conditioning system. These leaks can quickly cause your compressor to fail and require you to perform emergency repairs that include removing and disassembling the compressor and then re-priming the entire system.

To avoid such problems and additional costs, it is necessary to use the correct tools for installing oil seals. Our set of metal caps of various sizes ensures accurate and safe sealing of the end shaft seal on air conditioner compressors, preventing their damage and ensuring the long-term reliability of the entire air conditioning system.
