Cornish: good endurance of young and fast growth - Cornish up to 7 weeks have a live weight of 1.6 - 2.1 kg.
The live weight of an adult rooster is 3.85-4.5 kg, hens - 2.85-3.50 kg. Undemanding - they adapt very well to the climate and are undemanding in food. High quality meat has a very delicate taste. Fairly good egg production - 130-160 eggs per year. Very good brooding instinct.
