The line is designed for rewinding, dimensional cutting and packaging of roll materials in heat-shrink film.
Composition of the line:
1 – the unit for unwinding the original roll.
2 - a table for dismantling and gluing.
3 – roll winding machine without a spool \ with spools
Principle of operation:
Jumbo - a roll, with the help of a pneumatic device, is installed in the unwinding unit of the original roll (1). The material is fed into the nodes of the automatic roll winding machine (3) by the operator manually, through the system of broaching shafts and the scrapping table, on which, if necessary, the scrap is cut out and the sheets are glued together. After starting the line, the machine (2) rewinds the material from a large roll onto rolls of a given length (1-80 m), cuts it, and wraps it with adhesive tape.
