The mounted cultivator GENERAL KNS is universal and is used for pre-sowing cultivation and continuous steam processing. This cultivator provides complete soil preparation for sowing in just one pass through the field!

GENERAL KNS combines the simultaneous execution of 4 operations:

cleaning steam from weeds with trimming and combing their roots
loosening the soil without turning the layer and combing plant residues
breaking up lumps of earth and leveling the soil with a rake with spring teeth
compaction and formation of the ideal structure of the sole and the surface layer of the soil with rollers, which
rolled up to prevent moisture evaporation.

The working bodies on this model are arranged evenly in a checkerboard pattern in three rows. This arrangement of the racks provides an impeccable effect of loosening and mixing the soil, while not being clogged with weeds and plant residues!

All elements of thecultivator undergo mandatory processing, namely: cleaning, grinding. Before painting, primer and drying are carried out in the painting chamber! At the end, all parts are covered with enamel and dried in a drying chamber to acquire the necessary hardness of the paint.

There is no need for any adjustments, all organs are initially in the same plane;
the "BELLOTA" rack is not subject to plastic deformations (it springs back and returns to its place);
during operation, the paw carries out constant cyclic oscillations in the longitudinal direction, which reduces the sticking of the soil (the so-called vibration effect);

Very simply arranged, no hinged joints etc.
We actually use three bolt fasteners, which differ from the original in terms of strength and reliability.

Cons of the "BELLOTA" working body:

Inability to firmly fix the paw. It moves already at a low load, so it is not suitable for heavy soils or high processing depth;
when the paw moves back, due to the oncoming soil flow, the angle of attack of the paw changes, which affects the quality of the seed sole (bed);
Lack of stiffness settings of the working body;
The paw can make a slight lateral movement to avoid an obstacle on problematic ground. This protects the paw from damage, but can negatively affect the clipping properties of the paw.
