NBM 6036 MACHINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PAVEMENT TILES, CURB AND BLOCKS

These are machines working with a hydraulic system in the pressure range of 120-200 bar. Produces 18 pieces of standard briquettes 20*40*20 cm and 42 pieces of paving stones. Production requires working pallets on legs.

Concrete pressed in forms is pressed on pallets.
Products made in the same way are left to dry on work pallets.

The total power of the transformer in semi-automatic systems should be 85 kVA. The installed capacity is 60 kW.

The number of personnel required to operate the plant in semi-automatic systems: 9 people (2 operators and 1 driver of wooden pallets, 3 carriers of fresh products, 3 devices for feeding inert materials).

FULLY AUTOMATIC Option.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTION AREA

It is recommended to install a closed area of at least 600 m2 for equipment, empty pallets and a drying area for fresh products to protect against bad weather conditions.
