Installation intended for sealing ready-made bags (doi-packs), tubes, ampoules, etc., made of multi-layer polymer materials. When sealing, the bags/tubes are in a vertical position, which prevents spillage/pouring of the product, with the date applied to the product.

The installation is intended for work in closed rooms with an air temperature of +10 0C to +35 0C with a relative humidity of up to 70%.

Its compactness and low weight allow the installation to be placed on a work table in the work area of the tube product dispenser and the operator to work in a sitting position.

Principle of operation:

The operator, based on the materials of the tubes (packages), once on the control unit, sets the sealing modes: the heating temperature of the tool and the sealing time, adjusts the height of the sealing tool from the level of the tabletop, depending on the height of the tubes and the width of the seam to be obtained. After that, he installs one or more tubes between the sealing traverses, presses the pedal of the pneumatic drive of the installation. The rear traverse with the sealing tool is pressed against the front ones and the sealing process begins. After the specified time, the sealing sponges are automatically decompressed, the sealed tubes are removed by the operator, and new tubes are installed.

To position the position of the tubes according to the photo-label on the installation, photo sensors are installed that signal the position of the tubes during their installation.

A replaceable digital dater is installed on the sealing tool to set the date or article number on the seam of the sealed tube. The computer consists of six characters with spaces xx - xx - xx (date - month - hour).  A box of symbols is attached to computers for setting the desired date.
