Equipment for processing grain into groats, Mykolaiv region.

We produce grain complexes UKR-2 (groat mill, groat mill, groat mill) for processing wheat (spelt, spelled), buckwheat, millet, barley, corn, peas, oats, rice, lentils on cereals and flakes.
The original processing method and the design features of the modular equipment make it possible to perform a full technological cycle (grain cleaning and calibration of raw materials, sorting by fractions of finished products) for different types of grain crops with minimal energy consumption.
When installing metal rollers - grain is cut with minimal friction (grain crusher, grain crusher), grain is crushed into grains of such crops as wheat, barley, corn(//tractor-service.com)
During the installation of polyurethane rolls - grain husking with maximum use of friction (grain brush), grain husking occurs on the grain of such crops as buckwheat, millet, rice.
When installing one polyurethane and one metal roller, peas are peeled into halves.
The completeness of the delivery is determined by the productivity from 0.15 to 3 t/hour (groat mill, grain shop, grain plant).
Production of cereal crops on the equipment for obtaining roll-type cereals - wheat, buckwheat, barley, pearl barley, corn, pea, oat, rice
