The Mega 40 autoclave for household use will become an indispensable assistant during the conservation period, when a large amount of raw materials need to be processed. With its help, you can easily and safely prepare meat, fish,birds,mushrooms, etc.
The device works on external heating. Gas or electric stoves (except induction) can serve as a heating source.

The autoclave is made of AISI 304 food grade stainless steel: the body is 2 mm thick, the bottom and lid are 4 mm thick. The bottom is additionally reinforced with stiffeners.

All autoclaves are tested for tightness at a pressure of 8 Bar (working pressure of 4 Bar).
