Gigante pneumatic grain seeder is designed for "direct" sowing of grain crops, rapeseed, soybean, alfalfa and other fodder crops when working with zero tillage technology (No-Till).
Sowing in untreated soil is an environmentally safe treatment method that does not disturb soil fertility. Preparing the soil for sowing seeds with at least 20% of the remains of the previous crop on the surface is one of the ways to preserve the upper fertile soil layer. In order to prevent any loss of the fertile soil layer due to erosion, avoid compaction, increase water infiltration and reduce evaporation, as well as regulate soil temperature with the help of microorganisms, no-till sowing is increasingly used in modern agriculture as a reliable model.

The seeding depth control wheel of different diameters and widths is installed with the coulter, for any type of soil. The seeding depth adjustment wheel has a conical shape and is easy to install. This system guarantees effective soil treatment along the seeding line, which ends with closing the furrow by covering the seeds with loose soil. The improved disk attachment system allows it to rotate continuously, better trimming the residues and leaving a furrow with well-prepared soil.

STRIP PLATE
The thickness of the coulter is reduced and it is directed frontally in order to increase the angle of penetration into the ground and ensure thin furrow sowing, easy closing of the sowing furrow and reduce the necessary traction reinforcement. When marking the sowing line, the cast-iron rolling wheel (option) helps to avoid clogging, especially in wet soil or with a large amount of plant residues.

The GIGANTE MODEL FRAME COUPLING is a movable unit connected to the front drawbar, which guarantees high maneuverability of the unit. In the rear part, the frame is connected to a cart with largewheels, which is used for maneuvers during sowing and transportation. During work, thewheels cart are raised, which allows you to avoid tamping and compaction of the sown area and guarantee maximum soil copying.

PNEUMATIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
The pneumatic system includes an independent hydraulic system with apump working directly from the tractor PTO shaft, a 70 l oil tank and a distributing valve that ensures constant operation regardless of the tractor engine speed.

Harrow FOR FINISHING TREATMENT
Tillage is completed with a harrow with flexible teeth, consisting of a supporting beam on which 4 swinging links are hinged for fastening the teeth.
