Hinged fertilizer spreader DEXWAL / TORNADO DUO 850/1200 is intended for surface spreading of granular and dusted mineral fertilizers on agricultural fields, meadows and stubble.
A tank made of plastic is attached to the frame. Dosing of fertilizers is carried out through holes located in the lower part of the tank. In the back of the tank there is a mechanism for adjusting the seeding dose, consisting of two latches located on a screw mechanism. In the front part of the tank there is a mechanism for opening and closing the loading holes, consisting of levers, rods, latches, and a hydraulic cylinder that closes the loading holes. Fertilizer is applied thanks to 2discs with 2 blades.Discs are driven by an additional engine of the unit through an articulated-telescopic shaft, a central gear and two corner gears.
