St. John's wort pea-fruited Boulevard (Bolivard, Bolivar, Boulevard) is a very decorative coniferous plant native to the humid low mountains of Japan. **This is a slow-growing, evergreen, cone-shaped dense and compact shrub, **with typically raised shoot tips that give the plant a fresh look. An unusual oddity in your garden, **one of the bluest varieties of all decorative conifers. **Maximum height 1.5-2 m, width 1.2-1.5 m. It grows very slowly (3-5 cm) when young, moderately (up to 10 cm per hour) with age. Reaches the age of 20 years. The needles are soft, thick, 5-6 mm long, thin - pointed, thick inside, silvery - blue in summer, gray - blue in winter, decorative. For blue pigmentation, it requires a lot of light, but tolerates half-light well. It grows best on fertile cultivated, moist and drained garden soils from acidic to slightly acidic. He loves mulching very much and any demand will oxidize the soil.
