Bee pollen is pollen from flowers and other plants, whichbees collected and processed with their enzymes. After getting to the insects, it is called a mosquito. Its value lies in the fact that the content of nutrients in this beekeeping product is several times higher than similar indicators in honey. For example: the level of protein content in obnizhka can reach 30 percent, which equates its benefits to milk and meat. The beekeeper, in order to collect pollen, builds special obstacles in thehive due to which the insects shake part of the pollen into a previously installed tray.
