AR-Tech company brings to your attention our new development - an anti-aging machine for fruits and vegetables with a nominal capacity of 1200 kg/hour.

Wiping machines are used to separate blanched or crushed fruits into two fractions: liquid with small pulp particles and solid (stones, seeds, skin, stalks). Wiping consists in pushing the product through the holes in the perforated drum under the action of the centrifugal force that occurs when the rotor with the whips rotates in the drum.

The machine is made entirely of stainless steel, mounted on 4wheels with brakes; has a loading hopper with an auger and a safety grid; three-phase motor, rotating shaft with special adjustable plates; the inner basket (sieve) is made with different holes for adaptation to different fruits. The set includes one sieve, optional.

Sieves: 10 mm - peach; 8mm –apricot; 6 mm - plum; 3mm - cherry, apple; 1 mm - berries, cleaning the puree from the skins, after rubbing on sieves with large holes.
