Disk working body, which is a cut-out spherical disk (chamois) installed on the hub, with a diameter of 650 mm. and 6 mm thick, with internal sharpening along the entire contour. Due to the special geometry of the trunnion rack, it is installed at an optimal angle of attack to the line of traction and an angle to the vertical, which ensures high-quality crushing, crushing and turnover of the cut layer.

Unlike similar harrows of other manufacturers, this harrow uses camomile disks (cut-out spherical) with a diameter of 650 mm and a thickness of 6 mm, made of 65G steel. During manufacture, the discs are thermally treated, which ensures a hardness of 36-42 HRC.

Disks are mounted on hubs that rotate around an axis on roller bearings (Podshipnyk 127509 - UAZ hub) nodes at an angle of attack and a vertical inclination of 21 degrees.

The metal anther, which is installed on the axis during assembly, covers the hub, forming a protective structure, which is supplemented by a sleeve with an oil seal inside and an anther outside. The unit is very well sealed from the outside environment due to this design.
