Composition: Each strip contains 3.6 mg of flumethrin (Flumethrinum). Each package contains 10 strips.
Packaging form: each package contains a skein of 10 tightly packed tapes (strips).
Action: the synthetic pyrethroid (flumethrin) included in the Varostop preparation has reliable contact insecticidal and acaricidal action against the causative agent of varroatosis - the Varroa Jacobsoni mite. It is characterized by high acaricidal activity - up to 100%. Paralyzes the nervous system of ticks and significantly reduces their population. Flumethrin has an exceptionally selective effect against Varroa Jacobsoni mites and does not harm
bee families. There are no data on the acquired resistance of ticks to flumethrin.
Indications: For diagnosis, prevention and treatment of varroatosis in bees.
Contraindications: do not use during the honey-bearing period.
How to use: Unpressurize the strips immediately before use. One tape will be attached through two frames. Treatment of bee colonies with the drug Varostop is carried out: - in early spring - when in
bee colony larvae, pre-pupae and pupae occupy insignificant space; - in summer - at the end of July - at the beginning of August, when the queens lay eggs for a limited time, the area with larvae, pre-pupae and pupae is insignificant, and the rest of the area is filled with honey, and most of the female mites are on bees. Processing is carried out immediately after the extraction of honey by a centrifuge from the main honey bee hive; - in autumn - in September, when the area with bee larvae, prepupae and pupae is significantly reduced.
Dosage: the dosage depends on the strength of the bee colony. For brooding and weak bee colonies: 1-4 strips. For normally developed and strong bee families: 2-4 strips. Keep the tapes in the hive for 35 days, but no longer than 6 weeks. Для диагностики варроатоза необходимо на дно
улья положить белый, промазанный жиром лист бумаги, полоски держать 24 часа и таким образом выявить результат диагностики.
Storage method: in dry and ventilated rooms at a temperature of 15° to 30°C. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep away from heat sources and in places inaccessible to children. Подробнее: https://medoray.top/p686056137-varostop-primavet-sofiya.html
