Cyclone unloader. Danker, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Cyclone cyclone "DANKER" discharger is intended for catching various particles in aspiration installations of various purposes.

- "DANKER" cyclones are used for cleaning air from shavings and sawdust in aspiration systems at woodworking enterprises, as well as at grain processing enterprises during processing, transportation, and loading of products.
- Cyclones produced by "DANKER" are distinguished by their reliable design and reasonable price.
- The cyclone unloader works due to the action of centrifugal force. Particles of raw materials are forcibly fed through the inlet pipe with the air flow, swirl inside the cyclone, settle on its walls and then fall out through the discharge hole.
- To increase productivity and reduce aerodynamic resistance, "DANKER" cyclones have a spiral-tangential swirler and a sluice gate of the discharge opening.
- The model range of "DANKER" cyclones makes it possible to choose a cyclone with the required capacity from 200 to 50,000 m3.
- We manufacture cyclones of both left and right versions.
- The electronic control panel allows you to adjust the mode of operation of the aspiration system.
