The frames of the frame are supplied complete with partitions and brackets for the installation of feeding troughs and shelves. The racks of the frames are made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm, the distance between the frames is 600 mm, which ensures the rigidity of the entire structure. Partitions between cages are combined from galvanized steel and 2.0 mm mesh. The back wall is made of 4.0 mm wire.

Wire grids on the back wall of the nest and mesh partitions provide good lighting and superior air circulation for better lighting in the nests. At the same time, energy costs for equipment ventilation are reduced.

The frames have set screws for height adjustment, the adjustment range is 60 mm.
The nest cover is made of 50x25 mm mesh, the wire diameter is 2.8 mm. The tilt of the shelves is 8˚ for smooth rolling of the eggs.

Along the entire length of the battery, eight wires with a diameter of 3.0 mm are stretched under the poles, which are fixed on the frames of the frame every 600 mm, which prevents the pole from sagging.
The door opens from the plane of the front wall of the nest, which allows the bird to board and disembark easily without injuring it.

The joined together elements of the frame provide a rigid, non-bending construction of the batteries, which guarantees a long and reliable operation of the equipment. The materials of cellular batteries allow both dry cleaning of the equipment when changing livestock, and hot pressure washing.

Feeding

Feed troughs made of galvanized steel with a high inner side eliminateloss of feed.

Litter removal system

Layer-by-layer cleaning of litter is carried out usingbelt conveyors.
Tape-type droppings make it possible to clean the droppings only once every 2-3 days, with natural drying on the tapes.

Polypropylene tapes ensure efficiency during the entire period of operation.
One drive with a capacity of 1.5 kW is used for one battery with tier-by-tier inclusion of the manure spreading belt.

Scrapers under the tape on the rear rack ensure the removal of droppings, dust, and feathers.
