The "Pch-60-2M" (2000mm) drying-roasting oven with vibrating feeder is designed for drying and roasting sunflower seeds,pumpkin seeds, peanuts,hazelnuts, pistachios, and other similar loose products.

Furnace "PCH-60-2M" can be completed at the Customer's request :

- The product feeding device, which is equipped with a modern digital controller for uniform feeding of the product into the furnace and a sliding-type mechanical device that regulates the thickness of the layer of the product flow entering the furnace.

- Digital PID temperature controller working in automatic mode. The operator sets the necessary set temperature on the PID controller, which is maintained in automatic mode and controlled by the work
signal LEDs.

- A frequency converter of an asynchronous motor, which regulates the speed of rotation of the roasting drum and, accordingly, the time the product is in it. With different moisture content of the product, the operator can set the necessary time for the product to be in the oven, which allows to achieve the maximum positive result during heat treatment of the product.

- With an uninterruptible power supply, in the event of an unexpected or emergency power outage, the operator has the opportunity to forcefully remove the product from the hot oven.(//tractor-service.com)

- The roasting drum is made of food grade certified steel, for salty products the drum is made of food grade stainless steel.
