Drying complex AVM-0.65
Products intended for drying enter the rotating three-pass drying drum through the drying pre-furnace. The drum of the dryer is equipped with heat-resistant steel. This leads to an increase in the surface area and, consequently, to an increase in efficiency and durability.

The product is slowly transported through the drying drum, through the inner part of the drying drum and the flow of hot gases, which is produced by a heat generator (at least 1 MW). Hot gases or a drying agent continuously flow around the product during drying, heating it and removing moisture. After the product has passed through the drying drum, the cyclone separates it from the cooled and moist drying gases. At the end of the process, the dried product is discharged from the dryer through a hermetic sluice dispenser. The second part is released in the form of exhaust gases.

0.6-1.5 tons per time for dry product (depends on the heat generator or burner).
The initial humidity is not more than 65%.
The final humidity is 6-15%.
