The backfill pit is designed for the organization of convenient reception and accumulation of grain in special bunkers, or the supply of freshly harvested grain for drying, for the organization of storage of seed material. Also, pits help automate the process of supplying raw materials (
grain, cake,
meal, etc.) to feed mills and grain processing plants. We manufacture backfill pits with a capacity of 5 to 150 tons of product per hour and a useful volume of up to 100 m3.
The backfill pit has the following structure:
- grid for cars to enter the bunker;
(//tractor-service.com)
- bunker for receiving raw materials;
- a screw or scraper conveyor placed at the bottom of the hopper, designed to move raw materials from the receiving hopper to the noria for further storage or processing.
The grate above the dump pit provides the possibility of easy unloading of any motor vehicle - rear or side unloading, which eliminates loss of grain in the unloading process. Also, the width and length of the receiving hopper should take into account the dimensions of the vehicle being used.
