The two-row hinged planter forpotatoes is connected to the к tractor with the help of the rear hinged device (ZNU). The pond interacts with tractors equipped with ZNU of the second category. It performs all operations in one work cycle associated with planting potatoes, i.e. plows furrows, automatically plants potatoes and mounds the ground, forming ridges.
Potatoes can be planted in row spacings of 50.0 — 60.0 cm or 62.5 — 67.5 cm, with variable spacing of seeds in a row: 29 cm, 32 cm, and 35 cm. Changing the distance of seed potatoes in a row from 29 cm to 32 cm to 35 cm can be achieved by changingwheel diameter. The maximum range of planting depth is from 10 to 15 cm.
