The line is intended for sealing film on long products for theirpackaging for protection from the influence of the environment. With this equipment, it is possible to make liners from polymer materials for wagons, coverings for football fields, coverings forgreenhouses, coverings for swimming pools, and other dimensional products from polymer materials.

Composition of the line:

1- Frame.

2- Beam of the welding module.

Principle of operation:

The installation is a completely collapsible structure. The operating mode is semi-automatic. The welding parameters of the material are set by the operator on the control unit (5). Polymer materials are placed on the tabletop (4) manually and fixed with clamps. The operator presses the start button, the welding traverse lowers, the welding process of the material is carried out. After the time of welding and cooling of the seam, the upper traverse automatically rises, the material is extracted. The process is repeated.
