Anglo-Nubian — British breed of domestic goats, byla obtained in the 19th century thanks to crossing between indigenous British goats and a mixed population of large goats with deaf ears.

The size of the Nubian makes it a very productive dual-purpose animal. Already after 1 calvingone goat gives up to 3 liters of milk per day (on average). After each subsequent appearance of offspring, the yield increases to 6 liters. The milk of Nubian goats has a delicate creamy taste, as the percentage of fat is at the level of 7%.
