with wheels in the middle harrow bdfp trailed.
Disk harrow with the frontal arrangement of working bodies BDFP-2.8 is intended for continuous and pre-sowing soil processing of various mechanical composition for technical, grain and fodder crops with grinding and embedding of plant residues in the soil (refreshment of soddy meadows) in various agrotechnical schemes. The adjustable depth of processing is approximately from 8 to 18 cm. The harrow is equipped with plate cylindrical rollers with a diameter of 40 cm. BDFP-2.8 is designed for operation with tractors with a capacity of 80 liters or more. p.
The BDFP-2.8 harrow can be used in all soil and climatic zones where the soil moisture does not exceed 27% and the soil hardness does not exceed 3.5 MPa. It is also not recommended to use this harrow in areas with significant stony inclusions.

The harrow contains two rows of disks, each of which is located on an individual stand, which is attached to the bar with two L-shaped brackets (diameter 20 mm). This design excludes clogging of the interdisk space. The harrow can be used in all soil and climatic zones where the soil moisture does not exceed 27 percent and the soil hardness does not exceed 3.5 MPa, and it is also not recommended to use this harrow in areas with significant stony inclusions. Due to the use of individual racks in the design, the front harrow can be used at high working speeds - up to 14 km/h.

Disk working body, which is a cut-out spherical disk (chamois) installed on the hub, with a diameter of 650 mm. and 6 mm thick, with internal sharpening along the entire contour. Thanks to the special geometry of the trunnion stand, it is installed at an optimal angle of attack to the line of traction and an angle to the vertical, which ensures high-quality crushing, crushing and turnover of the cut layer.

Unlike similar harrows of other manufacturers, this harrow uses camomile disks (cut-out spherical) with a diameter of 650 mm and a thickness of 6 mm, made of 65G steel. During manufacture, the discs are thermally treated, which ensures a hardness of 36-42 HRC.
Disks are installed on hubs that rotate around the axis on roller bearings (Bearing 5210 2RS)
The metal anther, which is installed on the axis during assembly, covers the hub, forming a protective structure, which is supplemented by a sleeve with an oil seal inside and an anther outside. The unit is very well sealed from the outside environment due to this design.
The fixing and adjusting nut of the hub bearing is closed by a flange with a cap, which performs two functions:
hub sealing
fastening of the working body (BDF disk) to the hub.
The scraper is attached with two bolts with square headrests to a bracket with two grooves, which, in turn, is welded to the rack and when the harrow is working, it cleans the working organ (disc BDF camomile) from sticking soil, winding plants, clogging harvest residues, and also directs the flow of soil in the direction of the harrow and turns it.
The rear rollers of the harrow provide two functions:
crushed soil
compacts and aligns the surface
In addition to the above-mentioned functions, with the help of a roller for hinged harrows, the depth of soil cultivation is set, which varies, as indicated above, from 8 to 18 cm.
The necessary depth of loosening and stable movement of the harrow-tractor unit is ensured by a lanyard (screw mechanism with right and left thread), which provides adjustment of the vertical position of the roller.
The harrow is aggregated with tractors equipped with a hydraulic system with a capacity of from 80 (for the BDFP-2.4 trailed harrow) to 200 (for the BDFP-4.2 trailed harrow) horse power, depending on the tool's grip width.
With the help of lanyards, the stroke height (processing depth) of a plate roller with a diameter of 400 mm is adjusted.
The construction of the rink attachment allows you to shift (advance) the rink to the left or right (if necessary).
