Design features:
The sprayer rod is fully hydrofied (parallelogram mechanism) with a vertical frame, stabilization mechanism, support brackets.
It has an effective linkage mechanism, in which the oscillations of the sprayer in the vertical plane are transferred to the oscillations of the boom in the horizontal plane, thanks to which high uniformity of treatment and high reliability of boom operation are ensured.
The rod of a three-dimensional structure, lifting and lowering, assembly and disassembly is carried out using the hydraulic system from the cabtractor. Fixation of the position of the rod in the unfolded state is carried out with the help of hydraulic locks. Plates made of a material with an ultra-low coefficient of friction are installed on the rod in places where it may be worn.
The rod is suspended in the middle by means of a pendulum suspension, it automatically tends to be in a horizontal position, regardless of the position of the sprayer chassis. For parallel copying of the terrain, the sprayer boom is equipped with a tilt hydraulic cylinder. Vertical oscillations of the rod are compensated by the hydraulic accumulator.
