It is intended for grinding grains, corn in the cobs, vegetables, fruits, dry grass for the preparation of fodder.

The set includes 5 sieves (covered with an anti-corrosion coating), which allows the material to be ground into 5 fractions: 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 4mm, 6mm.

The working body is made according to the classic scheme: 4 rows of 9 heat-hardened hammers with a two-sided saw blade sharpening, which allows to increase the productivity of thegrain crushers DTZ and wear resistance of the hammers.

Features

The design of the feed grinder provides a fairly high metal frame on which the grinding block is placed. The fodder grinder, like a machine, is completely ready to start working - all you need is a connection to the power supply.
The efficiency of the DTZ KR-20S forage cutter is provided by a powerful 3 kW asynchronous electric motor powered by a single-phase household network. The automatic thermal relay ensures the safety of the working process by automatically shutting off the motor in case of overload.
Power transmission is carried out by means of a belt.
The supply of grains to the grinding mechanism takes place through a hopper-accumulator, all other raw materials are sent through a wide side chute. The unit is designed so that the feeding process is as safe as possible for the operator.
The productivity of the unit depends on the type of initial products and is:

up to 600 kg/hour - for grain;
260 kg/hour – for root crops;
210 and 160 kg/hour – for starter corn and stalk fodder, respectively.
Additionally, a bag for collecting processed crops is included in the set.
