"ChP Dolgov" company offers you to purchase Universal High-Performance Sieves (UVR), which will significantly increase productivity, significantly reduce losses and obtain cleaner and higher-quality grain during the operation of grain-harvesting equipment.

The set of Universal High-Performance Sieves consists of an upper, lower and extension sieve made of high-alloy steel with a polymer coating, which increases the service life several times longer than serial ones. With installed UVR grates, the production potentialthe combine is used to the maximum. UVR combs are tin plates with multiple aerodynamic channels. The air passing through separately open combs of UVR is distributed and stabilized from the beginning to the end of the sieves, evenly distributing the straw mass over the entire area of the sieves. Eliminating traffic jams, intensively moving the mass (during turns, slopes), the UVR sieve (ver. lower) opens more strongly than ordinary sieves and requires a more powerful air flow (the number of revolutions of the fan is increased by 200-350 revolutions). The increased wind flow increases throughput (when turning, slopes), reduces losses on sieves up to 30-50%, cleans grain approximately 30-50% more accurately than the original ones. Sieves with UVR combs have a high level of self-cleaning, they practically do not become clogged (with barley ears, wet rapeseed, with corn hairs for grain, short straw, etc.). UVR sieves are almost always used for harvesting grain crops with a permanently set maximum fan power for all types of crops. Thus, UVR sieves significantly increase the profitability of threshing and contribute to increased productivity. By contacting us, you will be one step ahead!
