Depending on the required productivity and degree of nut contamination, washing machines of periodic and continuous action are used.
For this, you can use machines for washing and polishing root crops, but these machines are not quite suitable for this, because the nut is lighter and the root crops are smaller, and therefore the degree of impact of the brushes on them is much less, because the mixing of the washed nut is worse.
In this regard, in addition to the brushes located around the perimeter, it is desirable to install a central shaft with blades that intensify the mixing process. This allows the brushes to process all the nuts more evenly.

It represents fromself capacity with arranged in the form of the letter "U" with rotating nine brush shafts with a length of 2600 mm. In the central part of which there is a feeding auger with an adjustable rotation speed with additional blades for mixing and washing the nut.
Nuts are loaded from one end of the machine, and unloaded from the other.
Water is supplied from above to remove mud and debris.
At the request of customers (with the aim of saving water and reducing sewage flows), we can provide a circulating water supply system (pump, mesh filters, pipelines) with regulation of dirty water drainage and clean supply.
The equipment is made of stainless steel.
The productivity of the machine, the degree of washing nuts is regulated by the speed of rotation of the feeding screw.
